General scope and core principles
The following Sports Rules govern all betting activity offered by Mjl999 in relation to sports events and related markets. They apply to every user account and are binding upon acceptance of a bet. Where a provision allows the Company to act at its discretion, Mjl999 will exercise that discretion in a consistent, non-arbitrary manner to protect market integrity and customer fairness.
Settlement, official results and price accuracy
Settlement is based on the official result published by the appropriate governing body or fixture organizer. If the official result is not published, Mjl999 may settle using sourced data deemed reliable, or may delay settlement until official confirmation is available. If any market or price is published with incorrect information, Mjl999 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
Bets are settled on our live published prices unless otherwise specified in the market rules. We reserve the right to void bets where outcomes are interdependent or where prices are not aligned with the published market.
Fraud, integrity and anti-abuse measures
Mjl999 may suspend settlement and/or void bets if there are concerns about fraud or integrity in connection with an event. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found on our platforms, we may withhold payment pending investigation by the relevant authorities. We may void bets and close or restrict accounts when abusive or value-manipulating behavior is detected.
Bet acceptance, modification and cancellation
A bet is binding once accepted and confirmed by the system. Customers cannot cancel or alter a bet after it has been placed and confirmed. In the event of a technical fault or incorrect settlement, bets may be re-settled within 48 hours; the Company reserves the right to reclaim any incorrect payouts.
Abandonment, postponement and incomplete events
If a match or event is abandoned or postponed, bets will stand only if the event resumes and completes within the period specified in the market rules. If the event changes participants or venue, open bets may be void. Where an event is not completed or cannot be verified, bets on affected markets may be void.
Accuracy of event data and language of record
Names of competitions, teams and participants must align with official designations. If misnaming or misalignment occurs, bets on the affected markets may be void. All sporting rules may be amended and published online; the English version remains the official record for interpretation purposes.
Live betting and real-time adjustments
Live bets are accepted on events that have not reached a final result. Odds for live bets adjust in real time to reflect the evolving progress of the event. Live settlements are based on the results known immediately after the event concludes, with subsequent post-event changes generally not affecting live settlements. Claims for live bets must be raised within 24 hours of an event’s start. If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours from start, wagers on unsettled outcomes may be refunded at odds of 1, or void if not determinable.
Spanish language and official version
All sporting rules are available in multiple languages, but the English version is the official authoritative text for interpretation and application in disputes.
Eligible participants and access
Mjl999 may restrict access or refuse bets from certain persons, including minors under the age of majority as determined by applicable law, individuals with conflicts of interest, or parties with potential unfair advantage. The Company may implement verification procedures and block accounts in accordance with applicable laws and internal risk controls.
Types of bets and market construction
The following bet types are offered under these rules. Market outcomes are determined by the official result or by the market specification if stated otherwise.
- Single bets on a single event; payout equals stake multiplied by the odds shown at acceptance.
- Multiple bets (accumulators) on the outcomes of several unrelated events; all selections must win for the accumulator to payout; winnings are the product of the stake and the combined odds.
- System bets, comprising several linked multiples; each underlying multiple pays separately, and the overall system payout is the sum of those payments.
- Conditional bets, a chain where the main part pays first; subsequent parts are funded from the winnings of the main part; if the main part fails, downstream bets fail.
- Prohibition on including events from the same match in multiple or system bets; mixed selections across overlapping markets may be refunded.
- Live bets, accepted for events in progress, with odds updating in real time; where results are determined during the event, settlement occurs on conclusion of the event or stated market.
Market types and common outcomes
Standard market formats include:
- Team to win (1, X, 2); draw is represented by X.
- Team to win or draw (1X, X2); two-way markets default to 1X or X2 as specified.
- Handicap or Asian Handicap editions, applying a baseline adjustment to the final result.
- Over/Under and Total goals/points, on the aggregate score relative to a supplied line.
- Correct Score and Half-Time/Full-Time (HT-FT) combinations, reflecting exact end-game scores and half-time outcomes.
- Time interval bets, covering specified segments of a match or event.
- To Qualify and other progression-based markets, contingent on subsequent results in the competition.
Sport-specific rules
Alpine Skiing
- Results are settled on the official result from the governing body. Outright selections are treated as runners unless the participant takes part.
- Disqualification or non-participation results in a loss for the affected selection.
- If the event is abandoned and no official winner is declared, the market is void.
- Dead heat rules apply where applicable.
American Football
- Markets settle on the official end-of-regular-time result unless overtime is specified in the market. If a result is unavailable after a reasonable period, bets may be voided after 48 hours.
- Postponement or venue change may render bets void unless a declared official winner emerges.
- A minimum period of play (e.g., 55 of 60 minutes) may be required for certain market settlements.
- Player-specific markets settle on official statistics; overtime counts for these markets where stated.
Athletics
- Settlement aligns with the official governing body’s result. Outright selections are treated as runners if the participant does not take part.
- Disqualification or abandonment results in voiding the event unless an official result is declared.
- Dead heat rules apply for pertinent markets.
Australian Rules Football
- All markets are settled on the official result at the end of 80 minutes of play, including stoppage time but excluding extra time.
- If a fixture is postponed or abandoned, bets void unless resumed within 48 hours and an official winner is declared.
- First Half markets refer to Quarters 1 and 2; Second Half refers to Quarters 3 and 4.
- Finals and Grand Final markets have explicit definitions consistent with the competition’s structure.
Badminton
- Settlement follows the official result; if result is not published due to coverage loss, undecided markets are void.
- Postponed or abandoned events void unless resumed within 48 hours and an official result is declared.
- Markets with an incorrect score that materially affects prices may be voided; retirements render undecided markets void.
Operational controls and amendments
The Company may amend sporting rules at any time, with publication on the site. The English version remains the official rule set for interpretation. Market times, lines and limits may be updated by Mjl999, and bet acceptance on prematches reflects the rules in force at bet placement. Bets placed after changes may be treated under the revised rules; existing bets retain their original terms where stated.
