- You will be prevented from depositing or withdrawing funds during the exclusion.
- You will not receive promotional materials or targeted communications during the exclusion period.
- Linked accounts enforcement: accounts held within the same household, on shared devices, using the same email address, payment methods, or IP addresses may also be affected.
Linked Accounts and Enforcement
We may determine linked accounts based on household relationship, shared devices, email addresses, payment accounts, IP addresses, and shared environments. Self-exclusion may apply to all such linked accounts to prevent circumvention during the exclusion period.
Termination and Reactivation
- End of the exclusion period: the account may automatically reactivate at the end of the period unless otherwise requested.
- Early termination: a user may request termination before the expiry date, subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the termination takes effect.
