These withdrawal terms govern all withdrawal requests from accounts held with Mjl999. By requesting a withdrawal you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Mjl999 reserves the right to amend this policy; material changes take effect on posting. If a change affects ongoing withdrawals, the company will notify the user where feasible.

Eligibility and verification

To initiate withdrawals, accounts must be verified under the companys KYC program. Verification includes identity, address and source of funds checks. The company may suspend withdrawals pending completion of verification or requests for additional documentation. The name on the withdrawal method must match the account holder name on file. Withdrawals are conducted to the original funding method where possible.

Withdrawal methods

  • Bank transfer or debit card withdrawal where supported; withdrawals to an approved bank account or card are processed in accordance with the method rules.
  • E wallet withdrawals where supported; funds are sent to the linked e wallet account.
  • Cryptocurrency withdrawals where supported; funds are sent to the user selected wallet address; network fees may apply.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 USD or the equivalent in the account currency. Maximum per transaction varies by withdrawal method and may change over time. Monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the user account. Exceeding these limits may require additional authorization or verification. Withdrawals may be rejected if funds are insufficient or if funds are held for wagering requirements or account restrictions.

Processing time and statuses

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and either Approved or Denied within two business days. After approval, funds are released by the chosen method within the following timeframes: bank transfers up to three business days; e wallet withdrawals up to twenty four hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals subject to network confirmation which may extend beyond twenty four hours. Users may cancel a withdrawal request before it becomes final.

Fees and taxes

Users are responsible for any fees charged by payment processors or banks. Mjl999 may impose a processing fee for withdrawals, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation. Winnings taxes are the responsibility of the user in the applicable jurisdiction.

Compliance and source of funds

The company may require additional documentation to verify the source of funds and to ensure compliance with anti money laundering laws. Withdrawals may be blocked or reversed if there is evidence of illicit activity or if funds originated from prohibited means. The company reserves the right to apply risk controls, including temporary holds on withdrawals, pending investigation.

Chargebacks refunds and reversals

In the event of a chargeback or reversal by a payment provider, the company may suspend the user account and cancel related withdrawals. Winnings paid prior to a chargeback may be reclaimed by the company. Deposits refunded by the company do not imply refunds for completed wagers or services rendered.

Security and account integrity

Withdrawals require ongoing account security. The company reserves the right to request re verification at any time and to suspend or restrict withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

Changes to this policy

The company may amend this withdrawal policy at any time. Material changes take effect on posting. Continued use of the account after changes constitutes acceptance unless the user terminates the account.
